“The Minds They Are A Changin’: Decision Making Styles Across Gender and Generation”

In July 2017, I spoke at the Big Path Capital Impact Capitalism Summit on how women and millennials are leading the impact investing movement. More than any other groups, these two invest with their heads and their hearts, instinctively integrating ESG impacts into their investing decisions. Judging by the enthusiasm these two groups bring to impact investing, and by the rapid growth of the global impact investing market (currently valued at $715 billion), I believe the day is ever closer when we’ll understand that all portfolios have impact, and that our investing practices will be as morally solvent as they are financially solvent.
